Do you need to change the size of your group or cancel your visit? We are sorry to hear that, but it is possible. With your reservation, we have reserved a spot(s) and scheduled a guide. Therefore, we have the following cancellation or modification fees, which apply to all reserved activities.
Groups up to 14 people
- Up to 8 days before your visit: changing, modifying, or canceling is free of charge.
- From 7 days before your visit: changing is free of charge. For partial or full cancellation, we charge €5 per person.
- From 2 days before your visit: changes or cancellations are possible, but you will pay the full amount. No refunds or other compensation will be provided.
Groups of 15 or more people
- Up to 22 days before your visit: changing, modifying, or canceling is free of charge.
- From 21 days before your visit: changing is possible for €35. For partial or full cancellation, we charge 25% of the cost of the canceled program.
- From 7 days before your visit: changing is possible for €5 per person. For partial or full cancellation, we charge 50% of the cost of the canceled program.
- From 2 days before your visit: changes or cancellations are possible, but you will pay the full amount. No refunds or other compensation will be provided.
Packages
- Up to 8 days before your visit: changing, modifying, or canceling is free of charge.
- From 7 days before your visit: changing, partial, or full cancellation costs 50% of the total amount of the arrangement.
- From 2 days before your visit: changes or cancellations are possible, but you will pay the full amount. No refunds or other compensation will be provided.
Why do we have cancellation policies?
At muZIEum, you experience what it's like to see nothing through an encounter with our blind and visually impaired colleagues during the experience. A visit is not only unforgettable but also impactful, as you help create jobs for blind and visually impaired individuals.
Currently, only 29% of blind and visually impaired people have a job. We want to change this, as work is vital for well-being and has many positive effects. By visiting, you and muZIEum contribute to a more inclusive society.
As a museum, we are mainly dependent on our entrance fees, which is why we have cancellation policies.
